WAC 110-300-0106(11) This licensor observed the licensee, A.M., who was the only teacher in the infant room and counted in ratio during this visit is missing CPR and first training. WAC 110-300-0106(12) This licensor observed in Merit that A.M, A.H. and A.HT all are missing their food handlers training. During this visit this licensor observed A.M and A.HT serving food to the children with out having the food handlers card. WAC 110-300-0106(3) This licensor observed in Merit that the licensee, A.M., is misisng her child care basic training. This licensor observed at the visit that A.M. was working unsupervised in the infant room without having her child care basics training. WAC 110-300-0106(4) This licensor observed in Merit that A.M. and K.H. is missing the recognizing and reporting child abuse, neglect, and exploitation training. WAC 110-300-0106(5)(6)(7) This licensor observed in Merit that A.M is missing the trainings of: emergency preparedness, identifying and prevention of shaken baby syndrome/abuse head trauma, and children experiencing homelessness. WAC 110-300-0106(8) This licensor observed in Merit that K.H. is missing the annual safe sleep training. WAC 110-300-0106(9) This licensor observed in Merit that the licensee, A.M., is missing the medication management and administration training.
